Maybe your dog gets nervous around the dryer, or your cat needs a little time before being handled. We want to know those things. Before we start, we’ll talk about what you have in mind and look over their coat, so we can explain what’s manageable for the visit.
Your pet is groomed inside our climate-controlled van, right outside your home, with individual attention throughout the appointment.

Before Your Pet’s Visit
If this is your first time booking with us, these answers will help you know what to expect.
If your dog needs a bath without a haircut, choose Bath & Blow Dry. Partial Grooming adds trimming around the face, paws, and sanitary areas, while Full Dog Grooming includes a full haircut. For cats, we offer Cat Bath & Brush and Full Cat Grooming. If you’re still unsure, call us and tell us what your pet needs.
Please tell us when you book, especially if there’s something they’ve struggled with before. Knowing how your pet reacts helps us approach the visit with their comfort in mind and talk with you about what may be manageable that day.
We’ll look at the coat before deciding how to handle it and talk through the options with you. Please mention any matting when you book, since it can affect the service your pet needs and how long the appointment takes.
You’ll find starting prices on our service pages. The total depends on the package, your pet’s size and coat condition, and any additional grooming needed. If you’re unsure which option fits, give us a call before booking.
Our vans carry their own water and power, so we usually don’t need to connect to your home. A safe, level place to park is what we need from you. If you live in a gated community or have limited parking, let us know so we can plan for it.
It depends on the service, the condition of your pet’s coat, and how comfortable they are with grooming. Once we know a little about your pet, we can give you a better idea of how much time to allow.
