We pull our van right into your driveway for a warm, filtered-water bath using TropiClean, a premium pet shampoo chosen specifically for your dog's coat. Your dog gets quiet, one-on-one attention during a careful blow-dry and a thorough brush-out. We also take care of the everyday essentials in the same visit, handling the nails, ears, basic toothbrushing, and a light sanitary trim.

    What's Included

    Every visit includes a warm, filtered-water bath using TropiClean shampoo chosen for your dog's coat, followed by towel-drying, hand blow-drying, and a thorough brush-out to remove loose hair and light tangles. We also handle standard maintenance, including nail trimming, ear cleaning, maintenance teeth brushing with enzymatic paste, and a light sanitary trim around the groin and rear. Gland expression is available upon request.

    Coat type affects the price:Two 40-pound dogs can take very different amounts of work. A short-haired Whippet may be a $90 bath, while an Australian Shepherd with a heavy coat may be closer to $110 because drying and brushing take longer.

    Curly coats may cost extra:A $10–$20 surcharge may apply to Poodles, Doodles, and other curly-coated dogs.

    What happens in the van

    Please walk your dog before we pull up and have a safe, level spot ready for the van. If you're in a gated community, share the access instructions when you book.

    1. Meet your groomer

    Before we start, we'll look through your dog's coat and check for tangles or packed undercoat. Tell us about sensitive spots or anything your dog finds difficult, and we'll confirm the work and price with you.

    2. Nails, ears and teeth

    While your dog is still dry, we'll trim the nails, clean the ears and take care of basic toothbrushing.

    3. The bath

    Your dog gets a warm, filtered-water bath using TropiClean shampoo chosen for the coat. We'll work the shampoo through, then rinse it out thoroughly before drying.

    4. Towel-dry and hand blow-dry

    We towel-dry first, then blow-dry by hand with a low-noise dryer. Your groomer stays with your dog and checks the air temperature with their own hand as they dry. No cage dryers.

    5. Brush-out and sanitary trim

    We'll brush out loose surface hair and light tangles, then tidy around the groin and rear with a light sanitary trim. The rest of the coat stays at the length you like.

    6. Ready to come inside

    Once your dog is clean, dry and brushed out, we'll text you to let you know they're ready to come back inside.

    How your dog's coat changes the bath

    Even a short-haired dog can leave plenty of hair on the sofa. With a thicker coat, loose undercoat can get caught beneath the outer hair, which means more drying and brushing. The bath includes a brush-out for loose surface hair and light tangles. If we find packed undercoat that needs extra work, we'll show you what's involved and confirm the de-shedding charge before starting.

    Bathing can tighten severe mats. We'll assess your dog's coat first; a full haircut may be needed instead of a bath package.

    A Golden Retriever who needed extra coat work

    A 70-pound Golden Retriever booked for a bath had packed undercoat around his back legs. We showed his owner what needed doing and explained the $30 de-shedding add-on. She approved it before we started. The visit took 75 minutes.
