Cat Full Grooming in Southwest Ranches

A shorter coat starts with a clear plan. Coco's brings cat haircut appointments to your Southwest Ranches home, where you can discuss the finish with the groomer without a salon trip. Tell us whether you want a lion cut, a shorter coat or help with matting. We assess the coat and your cat's tolerance, then agree on the work and price before starting.

What Pet Owners Say About Coco's

These reviews come from Coco's customers on Google.

    What happens in the van

Tell us what you want clipped and what you would like left fuller. We assess the coat and agree on the plan; the order of the steps can change to suit your cat.

    1. Describe the haircut

Explain the length and shape you want. For a lion cut, discuss which areas you would like left fuller.

    2. Assess the coat and price

We check matting and handling tolerance, then confirm what can be done and the price before starting.

    3. Prepare the coat

We work through areas that can be handled comfortably. Tight mats can limit the length or finish we can preserve.

    4. Agree on bathing

We discuss the bathing approach for your cat's coat and what they can tolerate during the visit.

    5. Complete the agreed clip

We carry out the haircut or coat removal within the agreed plan and your cat's handling limits.

    6. Finish nails and ears

Nail trimming and gentle ear cleaning are included when your cat can tolerate them. We adjust or stop if the visit becomes unsafe.

    Agree on what stays full

"Lion cut" can mean a different finish to different owners. Explain what you want left around the head, legs and tail, and show a reference photo if you have one. We discuss those details before clipping rather than assuming the same outline suits every cat.

    When matting limits the haircut

A preferred style depends on the coat underneath it. Tight mats may prevent us from leaving the length you had in mind. We assess the affected areas, explain any change to the plan and discuss extra work or charges before proceeding. Some coat or handling problems need veterinary attention instead of a grooming appointment.

    Getting Sammy's haircut right

Kathy Redford wasn't happy with the first cut on her long-haired cat, Sammy, and called Coco's. In her Google review, she says the owner arranged another visit the next day to correct it. After that visit, Kathy was happy with Sammy's haircut.
