Grooming takes place inside our climate-controlled van, one pet’s appointment at a time. Your pet has no cage wait before or after the service and comes back to you when we’re finished.
A plan that fits the coat
We check the coat before grooming. Dogs receive warm filtered water, products selected for their coat, and hand drying. For cats, we adjust the bathing and grooming approach to what they can tolerate. Matting or sensitivity may call for a different finish, which we’ll discuss with you.
